day one...Disneyland

for christmas this year we decided to give the girls another trip to disneyland before baby girl comes in march. so we headed out on the 5th of January. we were supposed to stay with craig and kailee, but roman was sick and we decided to get a hotel that connected to grammy and papa's room.... it was a BLAST for the girls. the minute they woke up, they wanted to see grammy and papa.

today was friday and we decided to go to hit the last days of the christmas season...it was CROWDED but worth it because we got to see everything we wanted. the haunted mansion was all christmas, it's a small world was amazing, the christmas parade, the fireworks, and fantasmic... all so much fun! it was a LONG day for my pregnant body... but SOOOOOOO much fun! grammy and papa were a blast to have come along with us...and they did what they do best...spoil!! haha

christmas was perfect this year. it was low key...full of family...and on sunday! our girls were so excited and i was the first one to wake up and was soooooo excited for the girls to finally get up. we had my parents come over in the morning for opening of presents and for a brunch. i had made a french toast casserole and crock pot breakfast casserole the night before and so it turned out great with little preparation.

brian came over for a surprise visit and may have joined us for a little breakfast as well.

after we got ready for church and nancy, jenn, kayla, corey and skyler all came to church with us. it was so much fun. chris spoke about his favorite hymn and then as a congregation we all sang it. it was a wonderful meeting.

after church we visited tom and then headed to nancy's for some more presents and fun with family!

we ended the night going back to my moms and watching 17 miracles, having dinner, and going home early to call it a night!

Christmas Eve

Seriously...I am sooo behind and it frightens me to look through all the millions of pictures that i have to catchup on. christmas was WONDERFUL this year and it was very low key and we LOVED it that way. we decided since my family is soooo small and nancy's family was an off year...we decided to combine the families and have them all over to our little home. it was like i said before WONDERFUL! we had a bunch of finger foods, a great program, and amazing people to share it with.

we love our families...
