boo-tiful girls

we have been having a lot of fun this week with our little halloween activities. mylie is now at the age that she enjoys baking in the kitchen with me and even more eating the treat we make. i got these super cute matching outfits and i loved them. it is so fun to have girls that i can dress alike!

3 months

our little shaylie baby is already 3 months. she is getting bigger and bigger everyday, but she is as cute as can be. she has some great little chunky leggies... the most squeezable cheekies... let's just say she is the best little girl in the world. mylie is such a little mother and i finally found out where she gets the talking baby talk to shay...thanks grammy mann. shay's hair is coming in and it looks like she will have a good amount. it looks like peach fuzz right now, but she has way more than mylie did. she is getting so strong and holding her head up. she loves to sit in the bumbo and is awake more of the day to enjoy it. she is such a smiler and loves to laugh. she is such a calm baby and loves to just observe what is going on. she is a great sleeper and will sleep from 9:30 - 7:00!

{girls}

girls are so much fun. i have had a great time adjusting to my life with 2 crazy little girls. shay has been so easy and i feel very blessed to have such great babies, now i am just waiting for the harder kids to come. don't worry i am sure they will. mylie is so funny and sooooo sassy! it is hard no to laugh at some of the things that she says, but it will get OLD fast i am sure. some of her favorite sayings right now are: "don't worwy about it."
when disciplining her she walked away and said: "don't talk to me mom"
yelling at me to turn the yights on...i yelled back and said "i already did"...she replies "don't be wude."
when she got a spank she said, "don't push me mom."
she is a handful!!! she is so cute with shay though, she shakes her hand and says "how are you...good"
and she totally talks baby to her. i have no idea where she got it because i definitly don't but she gets in her face and shakes her head and says "a goo goo goo, a goo goo goo."
but i love them.

{cabin}

last week we decided that it was time to take a little vaca and go to the mountains. we left on tuesday and went up with todd & heather and their little ones. chris didn't come to join us until thursday. we had so much fun and it was definitely relaxing. no cell phones to bug us, it was awesome. the kids played and watched tv until their hearts were content, we rode the 4-wheelers and got super muddy since it had snowed for a could days we were there, we saw plenty of deer around, we went to park city for some fun shopping, and it was just all around fun. the family came up saturday to play and watch a little conference and celebrate kailee's birthday, and then the boys all went down into heber for priesthood. we had some yummy dinners thanks to heather and everything was great! the only bummer of the trip was mylie came down with hand, foot, mouth...but it didn't bother her too much! we just had to be super careful around the others. we sure missed you mom and dad...
