Bear Lake

OK OK OK ......I took my break and now I am back in action. I have a lot to catch up on for just the last month. It has been a great month though. So here we are. We went to Bear Lake with the Mann's July 21st - 25th. We have tried to make this a yearly tradition...hopefully it works. We have so much fun there. We eat good, sleep not so good, lounge on the beach, and play!!! We had a really fun group this year...missed our Alaskan buddies, but next year kids. Driving to Bear Lake was quite the experience. We were a little later getting off and drove right into the eye of a lightning storm...It was a CRAZY experience. We just had a blast.....

Party Time...

We had a little birthday party with Shay a couple days before her birthday because we were leaving to Bear Lake the day after her actual birthday. We had so much fun! We love to party...so we all had a great time. Uncle Trav turned 31 the day after the party...so we celebrated for both of them. We started by swimming at Grammy and Papa Fitch's house and having Pizza. Then we opened presents, Shay devoured her cake that Auntie Jo Jo and I made, and then went swimming some more. Thanks to all that came and the wonderful gifts...Shay is one LOVED girl!

-Shay is so friendly.
-She loves Everyone!
-She has 8 teeth!
-She laughs all day at her sister. She LOVES mylie.
-She walks everywhere on furniture or with her walkers.
-She LOVES food. She can eat more than Mylie and I put together.
-She doesn't like baby food and doesn't like her food cut up small.
-She loves swimming.
-She loves music.
-She loves to swim with her daddy.
-She gets giddy when daddy comes home.
-She loves going up the stairs and screams from the top for me to come get her.
-She still sleeps so good with 2 LONG naps a day.
-She SMILES all day long.
-She stopped nursing and FINALLY took a bottle at 11 Months.
-She loves her cousins.
-SHE LOVED HER BUTTERFLY CAKE.(Loves Sweets)
-She says, Mama, Hi Da, baba
-She signs Please
-She knows what a doggy says

{5th fun}

What a WEEK!!!! It has been LONG, but FUN!!! The fun has not stopped! Chris got up super early today to go down to the balloon launch with my brothers and save a spot on the parade route for us. We got great seats, shade from the EZ up, Food, Fun, and LOTS of Family! We love going to the parade even if it isn't a HUGE parade. In my opinion it could be a parade just for Veretans and I would be TOTALLY happy! We had tons of family too... Batemans/Aaron Fitch Family, Todd's Kids, Smiths/Travis Fitch Family, Manns/Chris Mann Family, Craig & Kailee, & Dave White Family. Nothing better than combining a ton of family.

After the Parade, we headed back to Grammy and Papa's for a Swim. Which turned into my mama going to Costco and getting 80 Hamburgers and 80 Hot Dogs and a HUGE party with all the In Laws as well. Thanks Grammy and Papa!!!

After Swimming, we said our Goodbyes to Todd and Brian and their families who were driving to their new homes in Austin....SO SAD!!!

After goodbyes we headed to Grammy Mann's for some more 5th fun. We got together and had steaks and salads and played games and watched fireworks...It was Super Fun!! We were all exhausted and you could tell...we got a little cranky playing games...and a little too competitive!:)
