Mylie walked around all sad after she sat with Santa...I finally asked her what was wrong and she said "Mom, I waited my turn to sit on Santa's Lap and he didn't even bring me a treat!!"

Randoms from my Phone!!!

A week ago my good friend Rachel had a baby. We got to keep her adorable daughter Alivia while they went to the Hospital... the girls were in heaven...they love to play together. Of course we had to all get dressed up and go to the "Fancy Dance." Shay insisted on wearing the Monkey mask with her tutu... She puts it on and immediately starts saying "Ooohhh oooohh aaaahhh aahhh."

Mylie wrote her name for the first time on the Bathtub wall....I was sooooo excited because I didn't even know she could. Can you find all the letters?!?!!

Shay's Mullet = GONE!

Well I debated forever if I wanted to cut Shay's mullet off for ONE reason... I LOVE THE PIGGIES that come from Mullet Hair.... but if people catch her without piggies in...well it was tragic. So I decided to cut it off. It turned out SOOOOOO cute. She has the cutest little bob...and we love it. I don't have a clue why i didn't have my camera with me for this event so my phone had to do. I will post a pic of her cute hair later.

So I know I will forget some of these sayings if I don't write them down. I think Mylie is HILARIOUS! she is always saying the funniest things so I want to start posting them.

The other day we were shopping at winco together. While at WinCo, you have to bag your own groceries. Mylie loves to climb up and push the button to have all the groceries come down to her and then she throws them in bags for me. So we were bagging together and the cashier told me my total so I went back to pay. After a couple minutes Mylie turns to me and says:

"Mom come quick.....your Eggs are Hatching."

(She threw the eggs in the bag and they all broke)

The other morning Mylie came into my room. I was still in bed and she wanted to get into the bathroom. She said "Mom, could you let me in the bathroom?" I asked her why she couldn't open the door herself, "Because Mom, Jennalene is holding both my hands and I can't open the door."

(Jennalene is her imaginary friend....she is her very best friend.)

Day one Home...

The girls were soooo excited to see us. Shay was clingy for a few days after and when we got home she climbed right into my suitcase.... "If you leave again mom, I am coming with you!"

Hawaii - Day Six

Well the last day was another very relaxing day. We watched the BYU vs. TCU game in the morning...and then headed to get lunch, some last minute Souvenirs, and packing and relaxing on the beach to watch the sunset.....AMAZING! We had the most amazing time and a BIG THANK YOU to all our wonderful babysitters. We missed the kiddos...but had a blast. We flew home Sunday Morning very early to try and get home early but with 2 delayed flights that didn't work as planned. What a vacation!!! We had a blast. Thanks for coming with us mom & dad...

Hawaii - Day Five

Friday we devoted the day to Pearl Harbor. There was a lot of it under construction...so that was a bummer but we still spent several hours there and learned a lot. It was amazing to see everything. We started with a small movie about how it all happened and how the invasion took place. Then they took us out to the USS Arizona Memorial. It was so neat to see. I couldn't believe after 69 years it is still leaking as much oil as it is. It was awesome. Then Chris decided he really wanted to take a tour of the USS Missouri. It was so neat to see everything. We took the guided tour as well as had a headset and we could listen to as much or as little as we wanted. I am glad we devoted the whole day to this because it took a long time. After we headed north again to the Dole Plantation... and got in for just enough time to buy Coconut Syrup and Pineapple Ice Cream. After we headed to dinner at Haliewa Joe's.
